Since 2001, the Industry Leadership Network (ILN) has been connecting cross-industry peers to share knowledge, best practice and innovations to increase business and project performance.
The ILN hosts events ranging from national forums to small regional workshops. The invitation-only events provide a safe sharing environment free from salespeople, consultants, marketing and media, for peers to comfortably share leading practices and lessons learnt. Since the first event in 2003, attended by 28 delegates, the event series has evolved to one that has a combined attendance of over 500 delegates annually.
A driving factor of success is the ILN Steering Committee, representing a broad selection of industry peers across the energy, mining, chemicals, infrastructure and utility sectors.
The senior executives who form the Steering Committee shape the theme and topics covered at events, targeting content that discusses topical changes to their industry and common challenges such as safety, diversity, the impact of technology and improving project and operational performance.

20 Nov 2020. A hybrid physical and virtual event held in Brisbane, Perth & New Zealand and virtually online.
June & July 2020. Our first fully virtual event with weekly 90-minute sessions over 5 weeks.
Following the success of ILF20, ILF21 is planned to be our biggest event yet. To commemorate the ILN’s 20th anniversary, we’ll be hosting a major forum across three days in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, New Plymouth and Singapore, as well as virtually.
Each site will feature guest speakers and networking events suitable to their respective time zone. In addition, the forum will celebrate our achievements and showcase one of our most robust programs to date, including guest speakers from the prestigious Princeton University and an event first Executive and CEO panel. The forum program and details on how you can register will be released in the coming months.
